I recently made an XRP deposit to my Stake account, but unfortunately, I entered the wrong Destination Tag. Upon reporting this issue to your support team, I was informed that the funds are now on another Stake account and cannot be retrieved. This response seems inconsistent, as in my previous experiences with similar issues on other platforms, the funds were successfully reassigned to the correct account without problems.

Details of the transaction:

Transaction Hash: 0B28E65D6368EC602D901D74740976CFAA993A2A53A885068B96F713751B3E46

It is 100% verifiable that this transaction originated from me. Given this, I believe it should not be a challenge to allocate these funds to the correct account. Platforms managing customer funds have a responsibility to address such issues, especially when the XRP address is shared across multiple accounts and the error was caused by an incorrect Destination Tag entry—a common and understandable mistake.

I kindly ask that you reallocate the funds to my account.

My Stake username is the same as used here.

Resolving this issue would demonstrate Stake's commitment to customer satisfaction and trust.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt resolution of this matter.
