Does chat mute also equals to rain mute?

I have been muted for 52 years...yeah it's was all due to my mistake..but it was too harsh for my mistake in my opinion still i accept it .now my  question is iam in losss and I wagered more than 20 k ..but iam muted from chat so won't be able to receive any rain is that despite my wagering and lots of looses..update me.. ... Or am I eligible for rain even if am muted from chat...😌😌 I keep on looking at those randoms words and  scrolling .. missing those chats and rains too🤣🤣🤣

Afaik you must be active on chat every 15minutes to be able receive any rain.
