Stake Verification (Ban users pretending to be girls)

Hi there! I’m the kind of guy who always wanna make sure that every girls around me will feel special! Lol. On my own opinion im generous when it comes to girls and I don’t know why. Haha. Anyway you probably open my post because you’re one of the many users who pretends to be a girl or you’re just the same as me who easily gets curious when the word “girls” is involved lol. 

The fact is, users who pretends to be a girl has only two possible reasons. Mostly is to take advantage to gentleman’s like me  to get more tips etc. And the second one is the user is probably gay in real life. (Im not against any gender). So the thing is, There are only a few female stake users that are confirmed they are legit girls best example is @Lillyflow she do livestreams and a few others as well.. 

Alright i think this is getting too long i’ll just make it short.  I really think Stake must start doing identity verification like uploading an id or video call etc. Then add a small icon on every stake casino profile and stake forums account that will determine if a user is a male or female. This will 100% prevent fake girls taking advantage! But ofcourse not just that this will also prevent scammers attacking stake users. A scammer will doubt messing with stake because they will surely know who he/she in real life. This will also prevent impersonatings,

A simple summary: Stake Account user Verification

1. ID or video call for account verification
2. Gender icon to be added on users profile page to determine there gender.

Pros:

1. This will prevent scammers to impersonate.
2. Verified users will be safer from scammers.
3. A user will not be able to pretend being a girl or lie about there gender.
4. This will make me happy
5. And many more.

Cons:

1. This will add more work to the stake staffs.

3. Such a process becomes stalker friendly. No control. So the happiness of one person could come at the expense of suffering for the other :).

Every time i verfiy with documents / id, i leave a digital footprint. The expectation is to keep it at a minimum and not increase it :).

Anything can be exploited depends on what information is made available to whom. Phone number / email id / photo / id card.

I would rather provide as little information as is necessary for smooth operations and keep things simple.

In my opinion, it is truely not necessary. Specially there are so many others thing need to work on than this subject. Its your problem to be scam just because you believe the scammer is a girl. And its their right to do so. No law against that

The problem is not only the users impersonating being women, it is you.  Stop treating people differently based on your superficial judgements about them.  Scumbags pose as women because they think it offers them some advantage, here's an idea, stop falling for it, be chill and polite with everyone.

I think Internet anonymity should be gender neutral, country neutral  and religion neutral .... thats what bitcoin is all about ...... 
otherwise the same argument can be applied to every guy too .... 
nobody wants t see a cock or a puss here to verify .....

I dont know if they are the girls wannabe or not but I really am a girl (and everybody knows it, even Edward) but I am also against that suggestion for 2 simple reasons:

• If a guy want to pretend he is a girl he will find a way to do that (or you think he doesnt have any girl in his family or between their friends that could record a video for him? Not to mention that a lot of our users are not able to speak english)
• As someone already mentioned, the main key for Primedice and Stake success is the fact that no personal info is needed. This is what makes us different from all the others sites out there
• I actually had a 3rd reason but I am too sleep and cant remember what it was  

So, if you want an advice in order to stop losing your money due to these girls wannabe, stop tipping everyone that says "hey I am a girl" or things like that (people have some fun and creative ways to be passive begging in the chat 24/7 and I dont think I need to mention any name here because we all know who they are lol). To avoid this kind of thing you can do your own list of the girls that you are sure really are girls (or those that any staff / trustable member of this community can confirm as really being it) in a "to tip" list

One of the essential benefits of using blockchain to transfer digital funds is the encryption of the data. If it is correctly and carefully applied to transactions the user can be a mystery, in plain sight.  This is marvelous and yet at the same time, it adds opportunities for clever scam artists to strike at the unsuspecting peers around them. It SUCKS but it is an unintended consequence of the potential for anonymity. The fact that personas can so easily be invented is because of the very same benefit that allows you to keep your transactions out the scrutiny of the government and perhaps prying eyes ( wives, bosses, nosy neighbors, scammers on the hunt etc).  

All of that aside - I choose to be visible, but it is not because I think I am super amazing and special.  It is not to prove to the guys that I am a woman, it does not matter if people believe me or not.  The fact is I show the public the things I want them to see, and the things that I wish to keep hidden are (mostly) hidden.  I have made the mistake of trusting the wrong "someone" with my hidden world, and the result was regrettable, so now I have grown selective about who gets to know what.

Anyway, thank you, I think you are mostly sweet with some very basic, easily targeted cravings. That is your cravings for women. Predators will try to exploit that, for sure, because it is the one thing that is nearly impossible to ignore in every human. *See my comments below to see more about this*    

Stake is cool because they give us the tools to expose or hide as little or as much as we want to- without bias. Thanks, Stake Devs.

Here is an idea for you: 💡You can make it your own personal policy that you won't befriend anyone who has not proven their genuine persona to you. That would be such a great way to weed out the cheap fakes from the real people - and those are the people who you want to associate with anyway.

This comment confused me.  There is a law in almost every jurisdiction that punishes people for impersonating another when the impersonation is to deceitfully receive a benefit or financial gain. It is more than immoral and rude- it is a vicious exploitation of a societal weakness.

Wry, you point out the essential problem - it is not just @DonPabloEscobar and it is not just men. It is both genders who contribute to the cat and mouse weaknesses.  It is difficult to eliminate because at the very root of this human weakness is (let us just say it) sex. Sex is the way we carry on our species for the next generation so it will not likely lighten up, and if it does we are all in trouble. Or at least... the future of humanity would become endangered. @Wry: I do like the point that we should all be chill and polite to everyone though.  That is what makes you such a great role model.  🎯

This is major, I think most high rollers would vanish instantly and mosy on to the next competing site if we had to verify. Again, Stake gives users the opportunity to share with peers in whatever way we are comfortable doing so, and/ or they allow anonymity if preferred. I like the flexibility. ✨

First of all, we would never force any form of KYC unless its extreme circumstances. There is absolutely no point collecting any of the personal data that belongs to our players. The second thing is what you are suggesting is exactly why there is gender inequality in the world. There is no reason to treat any player differently. No matter gender, race, eye colour, nipple size or even fart flavour. 

This suggestion is completely pointless, but I'm impressed with your ability to evoke emotion to such a topic and thus fuel a meaningful discussion, so well done 😛

Yea, there's a loooot of guys, who impersonating girls (weird thing, I knew only one girl, who impersonated guy o_O). Most of them are easy to see and feel from first look, but are few, who successfully pretending they are girls for very long time already. Well, idc about gender, but I care about honesty, so these ones are just liars in my eyes and don't worth of friendship

Omg. Wtf. Holy shit. Fuck. Haha. Alright you guys made me look stupid lol all of you had a point. I wasnt expecting this to be taken this serious I just got bored last night and decided to write/post something about users pretending to be girls. I never intend to have a debate or serious discussion. Just like what i wrote in the end its all base on my opinion. @wry is actually right if i wont be a scumbag and if i wont fall for it then it wont be a problem. First of all people wont submit KYC to a site they just came to 

Second its good to keep your identity gender and all secret from the world. Hence what i am doing but only two people really know the true me.
