I general when you are talking restaurant and real estate location is key. I know that a lot of people think that investing is something easy but it's not. When it comes to investing in general and especially in real estate you need to know the little do's and don'ts because if you invest recklessly you might lose a lot of money. I recently invested in an apartment complex and it's been very good for me financially. But before I got there I did a lot of research just because there are a lot of things you need to be aware of. tae40127 Posted March 2, 2020 #5 Posted March 2, 2020 really only 300$ can open that omg so if i have 300$ i think in my country cannot invest and turnover will need to waiting longer than 10 years but so if i choose i will investing in my happiness invest in some experience to lean the new thing such as travel or make a merit and donate to some of foundation share the little money to many people i think it can return as a happiness that valuable it cant buy and it stick until die
