Double-bet, system glitch

Hello guys.

 

I have experienced it several times and I'm sure others have to. This post is not meant to get back or refund that extra lost bets, but to help stake solve this issue.

So here it what happend. I placed a bet on my phone using Google Chrome app. Before the bet got confirmed I change other app,  and come back again to stake.com and I see my bet is placed two times.

This happend to me at least 3-4 times.

when I ask support they say I placed two bets. 

When it happend in summer 2022 I msg stake.com technical support still they did not fix this problem in 2024.

In my opinion it's a timeframe of maybe 2-3 seconds that let u place the bet twice if u move between folder and apps when u place a bet.

 

Any experience to share?
