Aigri Posted December 28, 2024 #1 Posted December 28, 2024 (edited) Hey everyone, Let me start by saying I’m not a big gambler. I enjoy playing Monopoly Live on Stake, and occasionally dabble in Limbo and Aviator Masters. I’m not here to create drama, especially over $13.5, but I want to share how I got scammed and how stake reacted. I joined Stake a few weeks ago after a friend, who’s been a long-time player, introduced me to it. He gave me tips and warned me about a strange bug in Monopoly Live: The game sometimes automatically bets your entire balance when you join or switch currencies. At first, I didn’t believe it. Nothing happened for weeks. But a few days ago, it struck. Thankfully, my balance was low, and I managed to undo the bets. This bug kept reoccurring, and each time, I was lucky to recover the bets by canceling them manually. The catch? You can only undo bets one at a time, which is incredibly frustrating. But yesterday, it finally caught me off guard: Half-asleep, I clicked to join Monopoly Live. Within seconds, the bug hit again. My entire balance $20+ was automatically bet. With just 3 seconds left before the spin, there was no way to undo it all. And, of course, the bet lost. (Funny enough, the next round hit 4 Rolls. Go figure.) Frustrated but determined to resolve it, I contacted Stake support immediately: While waiting for a response, I tested the issue on my iPhone 14 and iPad. Sure enough, I could reproduce the bug, though not consistently. I followed Stake’s advice to use incognito mode on Brave browser, but the issue persisted. This time, I recorded it happening : https://streamable.com/jui28m I returned to support armed with evidence : I did some digging and found reports that Evolution Games (the provider behind Monopoly Live) has a HUGE history of issues like this : I’m not making this up, and I’m not here to exaggerate. I rarely play casino games, and my Stake history will prove it. If needed, I’m willing to demonstrate this bug live via screen share or in person. Frankly, I’m disappointed. For a platform as big as Stake, this kind of glitch is unacceptable. Even if $13.5 isn’t a lot, it’s about the principle. This feels less like a bug and more like negligence or worse, a deliberate trap. If anyone else has experienced this issue, please share your story. We deserve transparency and accountability. We're not living wallet. For now, I’ll think twice before trusting Stake with even a small deposit. Thanks for reading. Edited December 28, 2024 by Aigri traduction CaitlynPilt 1

I experienced something similar, where I was playing Super Speed Baccarat and ended up losing 3200 dollars because of the bug. I have been in contact with their support, but no one seems to want to help with the situation. Therefore I don’t think I will be playing there anymore. Stake Will be losing a lot of players if this bug catches more attention tho
mac254 Posted February 22, 2025 #5 Posted February 22, 2025 So Stake is saying that the probelm is with every single person with different browsers, different devices and common demoninator is the game provider and Stake. Every single one is running these "scripts" or 3rd party software or something. Every single one of them has the same "bug" installed and runs it randomly to flush max bets down the drain with the same provider!!!!????🙉🤦♂️ Is that the thought process at Stake!!!???
