They better refund live sports bets.  The email system hasn't worked for the entire damn day...over 8 hours now.  A lot of us can't cash out of live parlays.  Unacceptable, and we should not be held responsible for their problems.

What do you need an email for when cahsing out? Makes no sense.

Yes I've been having that problem and I've been trying to cash out no luck! Does anyone know how long it will be down? This is an innconvience....

When you have a multi-leg parlay, you have the ability to cash your bet out early assuming your first legs are winning.  But you have to be quick.

Of course Stake's been down the entire day so I had zero opportunity to do a live cashout....I'm sure many other sports bettors were affected.

I am betting sports and I know what a cashout is. My question is why you need an email to do the cashout. You just click a button an the cashout is done. Stake has not been down, only the email for stats and whatever doesn't work. This doesn't mean you can't log into your account.

I think by cannot confirm by email players will stay in platform longer and lose more which happen to me. how can they not fix this in couple hours i think they have been hacked and cannot solve now still finding solution. i just bet away all 5k this will be going for many days i think and they will be no compensate for sure oh stake will they make it.

Can't even log in my account without my email confirmation. Yes withdraw works but how can we do it our account can't even login on the site because of the email verification we need it

The problem is not yet completely fixed, but for now, everyone can withdraw their funds without having to provide an email verification code.

No.   I cannot even log into stake.   I have my account setup that every time I log into stake, it sends me a unique login confirmation code via email for protection.  Today I received none of those emails, so I can't even get into my damn Stake account.    Completely locked out.

This.

It's not difficult to understand.  A lot of us can't even log into our accounts the entire day.   Which was especially crippling for people that do sports betting that placed wagers yesterday.   There has to be recourse for this.  A simple apology does not suffice.

This is funny. Can't even log INTO our account without the email code because most of us got auto signed out.

Can you enable your 2fa without login in your account on stake? Lol simple for you to talk like that if we could do that we could've done that way earlier

uhhh, clearly i meant you should have done it when you created the account, not NOW when there's an issue.
