Stats not being updated.

Hi, coming here about stats not being updated correctly. I raised this concern 3 times since thurday and every day i got told 24 hour interval it will update.  I’m down in the past week I am down over 1k but it shows I am in profit for the day and -60 for the week. Can this issue be fixed. I was mainly playing cash game poker games but support assured me everything counts toward wager and win/loss.
