centurion005 Posted December 29, 2024 #1 Posted December 29, 2024 first time user here, i deposited 500inr successfully and made around1600inr. I tried to withdraw 1500inr (25inr withdrawal fee) and I got a notification for the process initiation. but on the transactions tab the withdrawal is shown as failed. I havent completed any verification (it didnt ask me for any) and I entered details of my bank correctly. after i got said notification for process initiation, my balance in the wallet was unchanged for quite a while (even after multiple refreshes) and i was able to play with the whole 1600inr (i only played 100inr - didnt go under my withdrawal request amount). any idea why my request failed? im sorry if anyone didnt understand, will explain further in the comments if necessary. I tried to withdraw again but it says my bank is not supported. any idea how i can resolve this issue? any help would be greatly appreciated!
