Bitmex rents one of the most expensive HR

Heya stakers , 

So bitmex one of the largest crypto exchanges just leased a place for their Head Quaters in the Cheung Kong Center in the 45th Floor.

There are also tenants from Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Barclays Plc, and Bank of America Corp in the tower.

And in the tower it costs HK$225 for per square foot. And they bought around 20000 Square foot so do the math  

So what are your thoughts ?
