Two weeks ago, my forum account was banned due to a rule violation. Customer service advised me to use an alternate account to appeal, and I successfully completed the Santa's Sleigh Race.  However, a few days ago, @SanjaTclosed that alternate account. I have already left comments for this week's four forum challenges, but I found that two of the bet IDs were not recorded. Should I leave the comments again? Thank you!

Using alternative accounts is not allowed.

Participating in promotions with multiple accounts is not allowed as well, as it can be seen in the Tips & Terms & Conditions of every Promotion:

Therefore, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the prizes.

This doesn't quite make sense, especially since I followed your customer service instructions. I was unexpectedly banned from posting for a week by our administrator. Also, there are no duplicate messages in the activities I participated in. You can cross-check this. Besides, the promotion rewards aren't particularly large...  

 

If needed, I can provide the detailed messages from customer service for your verification.

They said: "You should be able to participate in every promotion that doesn't require forum posting."
