What is the use and work of mods, if they aren't available at chats

I seriously don't the meaning of appointing so many moderators at such at plat form where such rules are broken every second and only handfull of them are punished ( another side of story, those who doesn't deserve ) Here i have listed few minutes of chat experience. WHERE THE HELL ARE MODERATORS.??? @varka1985 @ThugStream

Its not that i am upset about my mute.. am just fine i can ACCEPT PERMANENT MUTE if these lazy incompetent mods are laid off and this job can fullfill a much needed persons desire.

Biased and partial mods can't bruh, i was muted for asking alcohol from a friend of mine but @varka1985stated its a form of asking tip.. hahahaha now what you call this. And he isn't muted till now. 11.42
