Good afternoon. I really feel deceived. Fellow players, how would you feel if, for months, Stake told you that starting in January, a website specifically for your country would be launched, promising a better experience and improvements... And when the site finally launches, you no longer have any support?

We, in Brazil, are without live support, unable to play due to location issues on the site, and we no longer receive monthly or weekly bonuses. We can’t check if we have tickets for the weekly races, we have nothing left—not even the "New Releases" tab.

Imagine betting more than $100,000 on Stake, and they simply abandon you, leaving you adrift with no explanation or solution.

It’s truly sad. Keep your eyes open, because if this happened to our market, it could happen to yours as well...

We don´t have live chat anymore on the Brazilian stake, and when we send email, they respond with a " we have 7 days to respond this email", when they finally respond they say " you still with the problem?" and them more 7 days....

I think stake sell the rights for some Brazilian company, and now they fuck with everything. Sad
