Pre and Post-monthly are additional bonuses, not mandatory ones and they don't have the same value as the Monthly bonus. These types of bonuses aren't guaranteed to happen each month, and they occur at random.

Don't take this to the bank but the grapevine is the monthly is chopped  to disttribute into the pre / post.
