On average around 3 to 6 hours a day, with exceptions to both sides. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Keep the chat safe for all participants, promote a positive atmosphere and help users with questions or anything related to their experience. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I would love to contribute positively to the community by becoming a moderator. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? I haven't been warned, muted, nor banned and just won the friendliest chatter award for December :). Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I have moderated communities on forums and twitch before. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? I am working self-employed from home, hence I have a lot of screen time all day and night that I am absolutely willing to share with the moderator position, I am a native German speaker and fluent in english, and serbo-croatian. Als langjähriger Nutzer, der täglich 8–12 Stunden aktiv ist, habe ich die Community gut kennengelernt und bin mit den Regeln sowie der Dynamik bestens vertraut. Es ist mir ein großes Anliegen, für Ordnung und eine positive Atmosphäre zu sorgen. Also being able to analyze behavior of people and make sure every comment or every post meets the stake standards. Consistency is key 4. For years I have been enjoying the stake experience while playing my favorite games with the best community I have ever seen on an online gambling platform. When I saw the application I got very excited and had to reply because I would love to be a part of the stake team and join you guys and make my passion a full-time job. 5.I think I have been muted once in the live chat because I was trying to do a giveaway for the community in the chat if I remember it correctly. At the time I did not know the chat rules so I had to learn the hard way 6. I am currently moderating multiple telegram channels/groups with over 2000 members. I have been moderating chat rooms for over 8 years now and I can say that it became a lifestyle. Enjoying every moment of it haha. 7. Yes indeed. I've been on Stake every day and active in the chat community for about two and a half years. You could say that when I'm not sleeping, I'm on your side. The affiliate program binds me even more to Stake. 3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator is responsible for ensuring and enforcing the rules in the community chat. They must be impartial and fair towards the participants. At the same time, they must have a good overview of what is happening in the chat. In his actions, the moderator should always focus on de-escalation. He/She is the contact person for all questions asked by the participants in the chat. In this respect, moderators should have a good knowledge of the various areas of your site. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Gambling, whether online or offline, has been with me since my teenage years and in many ways. I have been sucking up everything the iGaming industry has thrown at the market for over twenty years now. I'm always happy when I can share some of my experience and knowledge with the community. On the other hand, the chat sometimes lacks meaningful contributions from the participants, of which I count myself as one of them...😄 As a moderator, I would endeavor to give the chat more added value as a whole. 5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, it came to that right at the beginning of my chat activity. Caused by misunderstandings and no gross violations that would be worth mentioning. 6. I would like to do my part to further develop this community, accompany it and create a relaxed and safe environment for it. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? -To my shame, I have to admit that there is a mute. Unfortunately, I was muted in my first few hours here. I wasn't clear about the rules for rain. But this is also a reason to become a moderator, I also want to guide newbies here a little to possibly prevent them from making such mistakes. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? i have been moderator before and liked doing it while getting along with the team and chat very well. i had to quit because i didn't have the time anymore. Das heisst wenn jemand gegen die Chatregeln verstößt handelt der Moderator dementsprechend. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Ich bin in der deutschen Community mehr beliebt als nicht (denk ich mal so lol) und ich würde den Job als Moderator sehr gerne ausführen, da ich wie weiter oben schon gesagt, mehrere Stunden am Tag online bin. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Ja ich kann mich an 1-2 Mutes am Anfang meiner Karriere auf Stake erinnern. Und seit dem bin ich jeden Tag da. Jede Woche, Monat und Jahr bis heutigen Tag. Aufgabe des Moderator. Ja eine angenehme Atmosphäre gestalten und regeln vollziehen. Da ich vier Fächer Vater bin. Und mein ältester Kind schon 14 ist . Bin ich sehr gut damit vertraut. Wie wichtig die Regeln sind. Und vor allem kann ich mich auch sehr gut durchsetzen. Habe sehr starke Nerven. Man kann mich nicht einfach aus der Ruhe bringen. Versuche ständig kopf klar zu bewahren. Ich habe nichts dagegen auch nachts zu arbeiten.
