I can't log in to my account for 4 days now.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you are having trouble logging in, try to do the following things:

1. Clear cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser/device
3. Incognito mode

If it still doesn't work, feel free to reach out to Live Support once again and they will assist you further.
