Should Satoshi Nakamoto be found?

Bitcoin is working and people are adopting it. But many a times I have read on the net with people obsessed on discussing about Satoshi Nakamoto.

Makes me wonder what importance does it have for the future of Bitcoin. What difference does his presence or absence make in the growth of Bitcoin. After all, we are not opting for cryptocurrency for a person but for its features that provide us some means of earning and being able to spend it. Wish to hear the views from you all on the impact on bitcoin if he is ever found or otherwise if he is never found.
