Playing sports bet on stake is easily my worst decision

I am a 23-year-old student and have completed level 2 verification. However, my account has been suspended, and I am now being asked to complete level 4 verification. As a student, I am unable to provide proof of income. My funds amount to ₹1.5 lakh INR (or $1500), and all I request is a refund of my deposit, as I no longer wish to play or bet on Stake. I do not intend to continue using the platform; I simply want my deposit back.

 

Additionally, my friend faced a similar issue. He provided all the required documents for level 3 and 4 verification, but it has been 15 days, and he still hasn’t received any response. This has further made me lose confidence in the proces

Really? But why we disclose our salary to them? Our salary is private assets. Why we tell this to them. Thanks brother. now i never play sports shit.

I have a question also where are they and government. When we loss our hard earn money. Why they always taken share in our profit in the name of taxes? I am always ready to pay tax from my profits. If they help me in my losses. Its a both side win win. But everyone is ready to snatch our profit. And leave our hand in bad time. Sad but truth.

I tried contacting stake regarding this issue but apparently they can't do anything  , all I ask is I don't wish to play so atleast I should get my funds back , more like a refund of my deposit 👍🏻

 

Also take asked me to contact account@stake and  it's been more than72 hours but I haven't had any response 

And as I mentioned as a student I can't really submit level 3,4 documents so stake doesn't let me widrawal my funds? I thought level 2 is good enough that's the reason I started playing on stake
