Esports promo 60$ wager for 20$ bonus

Hi, so i received an email (check below) saying if i wager 60$ on esports i'd get 20$.

I placed a bet of 39$ and one of 25$ = 64$.

When will i get these rewards? i completed them 45 hours ago. Support can't help me neither clarifying if i completed the challenge or if i did something wrong. could anyone help?

I think you should wait 48 hours and you will receive the bonus by email.🙄
