Trouble Leveling Up Last 7-8 Percent

So Im super close to reaching Platinum 2 and Ive noticed this trend that when i get close to reaching a new VIP level as in the last 7-8 percent, every slot just shuts down on me. I will spend the same amount of money for the first 93 percent of the VIP level as i do the last 7-8 percent, So either Im just unlucky at these particular times and have the worst luck you can have or maybe there is something in the seed algorithm that knows when im close to leveling up and says to every slot i go to "Dont let him win" Ive seen others talk about this and even ask what the best method is? However i think it just has to do with how much money you spend because you get $400 i think for making platinum 2 at least thats what ive heard and reloads for 14-45 days. I also believe that if you use any gold coins to move your percentage closer to leveling up it affects how much you get in reloads and for how long you get the reloads. I dont use gold coins at all anymore and i noticed that my weekly and monthly are bigger then they were when i was playing with them in the same VIP level. Does anyone else have the same issue?
