Dcspride Posted January 20, 2025 #1 Posted January 20, 2025 Did anyone’s deposit ever went missing?? I been playing at stake for almost 5 years and it happened to me today.. support wants me to contact fund recovery department… wonder how long I will have to wait… can someone tell me how long they take to fix the problem if this happened to anyone?? I sent Usdt to correct address… fund was never deposited into my account after over 600 confirmations.
utmostactual Posted January 20, 2025 #2 Posted January 20, 2025 Contact the fund recovery department they requested you to contact, they'll be able to tell you for sure. Are you sure it was on one of the accepted chains, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and Tron? Are you sure it was the correct USDT token you sent on that chain, and not some other one?

Yes I triple checked it.. even support says everything seems okay… already did sent the email with all the screen shots and required info but I wanted to find out how soon they usually get back to you… cuz it’s pretty large sum(to me at least) and I am getting nervous..

I'd assume they will get in contact with you pretty fast, make sure to not spam them about it even though it's a large sum and just wait and pray for the best.
