you havent given any details to advise you. what has happened? did you put wrong memo code or missed putting it? Or something else happened

i diddnt incude the code then briefly chatted with recovery. i did their instruction, which was to deposit another small amount of xrp correctly. nothing has hapend since, no response for a full day.
