For somebody that has two master classes in blue arrows, you lack some self awareness. 
 

Demands an explanation and for perceived error to be fixed. 
 

met with resistance when lack of social skills is apparent. Demands nonexistent error to be fixed. Frustration begins to build as OP isn’t satisfied with customer service. Threatens to educate support staff and teach them a lesson in the am. 
 

Op then complains issue is not resolved.
