Breach of chat rules in Indian chat.

A lot of begging is going in Indian chat. People are literally putting their phone numbers and UPI IDs. I asked moderators to mute account but nobody was active. I'm playing stake actively these days. I can take the responsibility of being a Moderator and I will perform my job with whole dedication and honesty.
