In addition to the normally monthly bonus can get also a second/third bonus called a " pre-monthly" and " post-monthly". They are not guarenteed though

I think there are guidelines they go by but you may be right. I think it depends on how much profit they take in that much and how much you lose.

Every month stake gives out a bonus which is post monthly, pre monthly & monthly which is given based on the amount you wager monthly
