i was winning some money recently and i am curious why i stopped getting email bonuses from stake for past 4 months idk if someone will answer this but its kind of annyoying seeing everyone else recive but i am not recieve any further bonus or promotions is it because i am not losing money ?

either you have turned off emails in settings OR you are not wagering enough. i am plat 1 and have only 1recieved 2 special bonusses in my mail in all this time and it was when i just started playing. after that nothing anymore.

@coconutman1i have emails promo enabled in settings and i was wagering way enough compared to past but the fact it ever since i was up they stopped sending me any promo or bonus

just monthly and promotions email

oh you are up. then thats the issue. if you are up or if you withdrew a lot they wont send you bonusses. thats what i have noticed.

The people how send the Bonus out or decide how get them trust me this people are shameless 

If you lose more you get less 

 

I made 5 month no deposit till i got an bonus from them 

 

Because it's ridicules how many people get bonus in the Mail while dont even lose some

i agree with this. i am also thinking about just quitting for a year or untill i get a bonus because i have been losing so extremely much its abnormal.

@drainscopei would say you are right and wrong they stopped sending now they used to send it earlier tho but now if you don't depo they probably just gonna send you promotions but not any bonuses

eddie get new employes and he swap some out 

 

unforunatly I have a feeling he replaced the good people from the Marketing team

 

But ejj 2025 maybe stake get a bit Customer friendly after they robbed nearly 85% of the Player base
