Kate Posted September 2, 2018 #1 Posted September 2, 2018 So we all know our beloved stake chat and there is laughter good jokes bad jokes and some sexual comments and all. But there are also some people who chat's and breaks the rules. So my question is are you one of them ? If so how many times have you got muted ? For me in my whole life i have got 1 mute for 6 hours and the reason is pretty embarassing and probably not good to like spread it.

wry Posted September 2, 2018 #4 Posted September 2, 2018 Other than a losing a couple of rounds of @maverick528's famous mute roulette I've managed to avoid being muted. I do think it's odd that there is not much notification to the "mutee". Since I am not a spammer or a beggar the only rule that I see potentially causing problems is the infamous NO CAPS rule. While I can see NO ALL CAPS being a good rule, mods sometimes come down on users who are using them legitimately, e.g. LOL. Fortunately, most mods seem to have chilled out about it.

That's up to the Mod's judgement not mine so I must respect it. I did get muted for 2-3 months if I remember correctly before when I just started playing stake.

Philip74 Posted September 13, 2018 #16 Posted September 13, 2018 0 times so far on Stake and hope to keep it that way. I am pretty good at following rules, don't get angry easily and I am not a great chatter, so I think I won't be muted easily.

Bigmann23 Posted September 14, 2018 #21 Posted September 14, 2018 I have only been muted 2 times that i can think of both times i let something bother me a little to much and felt i needed to let my feelings about that out in a way that may have been a little over the line. The first time i actually got my account ban doing so but was able to get that ban lifted after a month or so which lets you know there is redemptions you can stake will forgive. But i have since requested myself muted a few time because i felt i needed cool off before i got in trouble again a personal time out.

But it was Eddie's fault! lol I was watching my first of eddie's twitch streams, and he said "spam chat" and I will pick some winners...... So I went ahead and spammed the chat. I was soo oblivious, it took me over an hour to realize I was muted! lol - i thought stake was broken. 😋
