A feeling of a new pre banned account ?

So in Stake there are players who got banned because they either didnt pay the loan or like they didnt follow rules or something so their IP is blacklisted or something i guess. 

So did you ever feel that a player who is new is a previous banned player ? 

Well for me people thought i was Grifter because i sounded like him it seems lawl idk why ? 77kDub Shinjo and another person cant seem to recollect the name but i was just like doing my voice acting job to like prank them simply and out of a sudden they thought i was Grifter well well i am not btw  

And i have never felt that a new player was a previous banned player either
