i dont understand where you get the excessive amount of bonus i get??, i lost most of the time im just playing here, not my fault if i received rain, it simply means that im active on chat and wager the right amount of money required to received rain, and this is what i got for playing on your website, here is what im going to do, since im not getting the normal bonus amount for 1 month, i will not play for 1 month, thx for helping me stop the addiction on gambling, i really appreciate it. hope you get more loyal customer by betraying those who wager and get a little rakeback from what we lost from your website,

Not sure why was this done, when asked with the support they said they dont have any idea about this.
When asked in forum they say ask the support.

I had claimed drop bonus back to back so maybe that can be the reason but it should be clearly mentioned and just not leave user to guess.

its still unfair for us, who is following the rule, wagering the right requirements and being active on chat? whats the point of that? maybe its a calling from god that we need to stop this devilish act. i will follow god , and stop gambling now.

What a joke. The site has quadripled in players over the past year but they haven't increased the claims on drops at all. Their solution is to just code ban everyone and now target other bonuses too.

I have receive the same email, that’s funny because since december i am ban rain every week, so i dont have lot of bonus, i never receive bonus email or things like that.

Am just sad, as its extremely difficult to get these telegram drop bonus, and have to be active and react fast as we get the code. and after doing all this and claiming it couple of time they do this. Its not like am using any bot or anything its my own efforts and still got this ban, so funny and helpless. will have to just wait for the 7 days to pass

actually i think this is a message from god just for us to realize what the website are doing to us. it first bait us with bonus, 

 

monthly before is not base on monthly wager, now that we are addicted they will remove all the bonus and of course since we are addicted, we will still play because our mind is already set that we can win. i hope you realize those things too. this is not just a simple email from them , but a message from god telling us to stop gambling, bonus will be remove after few months i swear, I even see some report that the result from seeds are different, means there are some manipulations happening, but of course we don't know that, its provably fair!! haha. think twice.

In my case am still getting the rain drop bonus and other weekly monthly, only ban is from the telegram drop bonus

Well, this was me 3 days ago and then this morning.
Honestly, I haven't played much for a year there, and the only moment I'm wagering, passing my rank, starting to get rain, then 48h later a ban rain that I never received (but last rain was 5 days ago), then 24h later the code ban, and now this.

Honestly, how is that fair?
I mean, if it's to discourage players to play on their platform, for sure it'll be working.
