Sent btc and eth to pre-update address

I wanted to top up my account so sent eth and btc to the addresses that I have used many times before. After wondering why my deposit has not arrived I checked the deposit page to find new addresses for btc ad eth. Will my deposits still be credited? Can I recover my money?

Glad to hear this is solved. In case anyone else has similar issue, you know where to find us.  
Oh, and transaction logs should be back up soon, too!
