Customer support on exchanges

So most of you might be traders or some of you might be but all of you might've bought cryptos from some exchanges or exchange crypto to crypto.

So which exchange had the worst customer support ? 

For me Poloniex after like 6 months they responded saying i have to deposit more then it would come through like wtf i cheacked all the deposit limits and there wasnt one then suddenly they put a limit and say this wow ffs.

Cryptopia for me, because i have an experience when i deposit an altcoin and it got stuck around 2-3 weeks. Their response is so damn slow and very slow to process my deposit.

The last time i used Cryptopia was when BRO was 1 dollar. Then i shifted since it got removed also their support was very quick before they were planning to shut it down

Good for you then, maybe it's just my bad luck get a slow support on that day.

It was just because i guess they had to fire some of them since the exchange didnt have enough profits to run the site anymore but some guy invested with his btc to help them keep on going.
