I got mail from stake that says " Wager 1000$ to unlock a 200$ bonus " and its condition is to 'Wager within the next 3 days' and i received the mail at Feb 9 2:30 pm . So if I tried to calculate the wager amount, is it correct if I calculate all the bets make after Feb 9 2:30 pm ? And by wager within the next 3 days, will that be 72 hour after that Feb 9 2:30 pm ?

Yes, that sounds about right. Stake support would probably give you a more accurate answer than anyone here is able to
