Feel like monthly bonus is wrongly calculated for platinum 4 was expecting way more, wagered around 300k

Exactly I had wagered about 1.7m in the last week of jan this year , I got weekly bonus of 2000 usd but my monthly for the whole month of jan was mere 500usd I’m platinum 3 . I don’t understand if that’s the case for everyone or if there is a miscalculation.

No it's almost likely not wrong. That's pretty normal when you wager a lot in one week and then don't play at all or just a little bit. 

And that make sense.

There is no usual amount. Monthly/weekly depends on wager and your loss.

I had many questions about this too. But basically there is too many factors plus they will never be fully transparent how they calculate them.. So we can only guess - but the truth we will never know.. 

Always when asked my host, the respond is not fully clear (Answers like Deputies do) haha
