If it's the case Blockchain.Edu is a website who want to become the place to help individuals learn and understand blockchain and cryptocurrency through education and consultation. Let's say for now it's just the first step of the project and they have a very long road ahead to reach their goal. They actually have 33 courses. Few are free but mostly they want to sell them, you need to register to take them, they will sell 1 on 1 consultations, etc. ... The site : https://blockchainedu.io/ Personnaly I don't see the point they are waaaay behind a project like BitDegree who allow you to access waaaay more free content and in a less centralized place (all the courses and BitDegree project is on a blockchain)
