I do not understand how you make this conclusion. Banker only has slightly higher chance of winning, like at most half a percentage. Then at that, they take 5%. 

Forum users do not listen to this advice.

Players should bet on the probability of either side getting closer to 9.

This is why you do not always bet on Banker. A win streak can happen for either side any time. Witnessed people bet $20k on banker each time when they player won.
