The “zero cost user courtesy initiative” It would allow Stake support staff an option to provide a more personalized experience for the user which would would strengthen Stake’s online positive image, with control, maintenance, and growth being the goal. My question to Stake support recently was requesting my last 2of14 reload claims to be paid out early in return I offered to provide a positive review for the courtesy. Unfortunately, they have no control over that aspect and it was impossible for the request to be fulfilled. I feel that bending the rules in situations like that where no cost impact would be absorbed by stake should be an option for stake support to provide. Stake missed out on a zero cost unsolicited 5star review for all to see online as I have multiple times in the past. Thoughts?
