How to prove if the game was unfair with me?

I was playing Wheels at High Risk & Segments 40.

Active Client Seed - Flv04fEyOq

Active Server Seed (hashed) 6bfa92bc5f36c643fe649a491f9080635100be263fbbf41b1fa1f5ff521d2235

Total bets made with pair - 86

But the win didnt came till 86 spins which is not the usual case it comes around 40 to 60 at this risk level with this segments.

So i checked on fairness & verified it with the Active Client seed & Server seed.

SO on Nonce 48 it shows that it should had been a win but that was not the case.

So i can i report this?

can someone guide me.

Hi I have emailed it to the Support & also verified the bet on 3rd party website, it shows that it was suppose to be a win but it didnt happen in the game. waiting to see what does the support do in this case. Anyone else faced this issue ?

Nope, haven't faced this issue yet. But alot of times, I think the win amount doesn't get credited.

Yes, I even checked on https://www.provablyfair.me/casino/stake-verifier/ later on and it even shows that it should had been a win on 48th nounce. but the support said -

It was a losing bet therefore there should be no issues. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to contact us.

Sad that even after proving that it should had been a win on a source which stake themself provided they are refusing to admit that it was a mistake from their end. 

God knows how many people loose money this way.

You have to use the UNHASHED server seed for doing the verification.

If you verify using the HASHED server seed, you will never get the correct results.
