Was my bet wrongly settled?

So I placed a bet on a CS Go match for the first map and as it is clearly seen, the team I bet on had won the first match. So why does it show as a loss?

You played threeway , if there is tie and overtime you lost bet.

I dont think there was a overtime. The number of matches needed to win are 16 if I am right.

then try to contact supports and if you won then they will correct your bet

game is not cs:go anymore , game ends in 13 or 12-12 overtime

Map 1 went to overtime, and therefore the winning selection for the threeway map market is a draw, here is the rule displayed on the site that reflects on this situation:
