need to open a live chat

all the live chats have been closed and i need to open a new one on my account cause of a problem which hasnt been solved in more than 2 weeks. im getting no response through mail

i have had live supports chats before, but eveything has gotten closed now.im getting no reply to my mail to open a new live chat on stake
