My bet tickets are dissapearing

Hello im a stake user since 2021 and today and saturday something i never experienced happend in saturday ireported it but ididnt have proof of it today it happend and somehow i screenshoted the bet while my bet is active and suddenly the cashout goes to unavailable and the ticket dissapeares Basically the support is not offering help as they said udidnt bet and ihave the screenshot right here while they sure can check with their apis whats heppning
