Crypto blunder

So, I managed to make a decent usdT transaction to a UsdC adress ( horrible, I know). Is there any chance to somehow get this refunded or traced in some way? Both were on polygon network if that makes any difference.

Those should both be the same on Stake using Polygon. Should also share the same address with Ethereum and BNB.
