I got my prize when I conducted the live support. They were really kind and helpful. Don't stress too much about it, give them a quick chat and it should be alright! 

Make sure:

1. The timeframe which you posted the comment was within the timeline of the giveaway 
2. Provide them with the sc
3. Be kind and be patient, It might take them a while to find your bet and check it.
