Wrong weekly boost for a lot of people

As the title says weekly calc was wrong for a lot of people, plat4's and up got 1-3$ for thousands wagered and Steve has not responded to chat at all. Please can someone check as there is 100% an error done. I got 4$ for 40k wager and 200 loss which isnt EVEN A BASE AMOUNT FOR PLAT4.

last week I loss over 7k dollars and wager 193k dollars..Received only 200$ 

 

loss is 7k and bonus 200 how its legit 

 

this week my loss is 1000 and bonus is 30$ 

 

what is happening here

i am also thinking about deleting my stake account and looking for a new site cause ive waggered around 10k and only got like 65 but i dint get it at all cause a error popped up and they took money from my account and support wont reply

It's something addition, specially if you don't play anymore, it's normal if you bonus are low

How much should you be getting back as bonuses in your opinion?

Yes I agree I had 4200 $ I losses total 950 bonuses and I got around 190$ I usually get around 300$.

10k wager and 65$ is an amazing bonus. Why do you even conplain??

Some people got an email stated that their account will get reduced bonusses for a month. Its sad.
