Weekly bonus lag/glitch

Don’t know if everyone had it but it took my whole weekly bonus and there was nothing I could do to stop it and support has messed me around for over 14hours just to say say that it was my fault. Did anyone else experience this?

support did not help me at all too, just some AI bots. I messaged my host because not only did that lag and disappearing happen for people, many of us, including me, did not get any activity counted towards the bonus and only got the very base amount (i wagered 40k with 200 loss and got 4$??? as platinum 4????)

 

Its insane to me how we cant raise any issues with anyone because no one has any fucking insight here, if theres a problem you cant even communicate with the teams in charge for them to check. Usually Eddie points the mistake out because of people in weekly stream chat (WHICH A LOT OF PEOPLE DID SAY TO STEVE) but he did not even fucking read the chat.

 

@Edward @Steve @Aleksandar please can someone pick this up, it has been 24 hours and there is no updated link or aknowledgement of the issue at all

Just accept your fate , my monthly / weekly was fucked up easily 5 times and all the message i get is that there is no possibility that stake make a mistake (they never make a mistake never its not possible ) and everything was checked before sending 2 times.
