why are you banning people for 30days

please can you explain why you are banning people for 30 days and reducing bonuses after they risk so much money wagering?

i missclicked to turkey instead of challenges and said goodluck and got a 30day ban after a previous 2 hours. to be fair my chat was low quality for sure, but not intentionly super grindy or passiv bagging. idk, I see why but this big step from 2h to 30d is way too much imo. also wagered  l o a d s for a gold and couldnt/cant even claim any rains anymore. meh, not really big troubles, but I get your side as well, mate.

thats a bs. i seen lots of higher breaking the rules but they didnt get much punished like that.
