Deposit not received till now and no response on email

I had deposited 500 rupees 1st March 2025 and I still haven't received it in my account, after that I had also made 1 more 500 rupee deposits which were successful, please look into it and respond asap, I have already emailed stake support, but there hasn't been any reply
