Money got deducted from stake wallet but withdrawal failed

Cashed out of a bet, tried to withdraw the money. It got deducted from my wallet but the transaction page is showing failed transaction and I also did not receive it in my bank account. Tried contacting support 2 days back but have heard nothing from them.

There was no text option regarding my issue. My live support doesn't put me in with a person, just gives me some chat-gpt type answers

I can't even send a new message in live support now lol, there's no option to send a new message and I last sent a message two days ago.

I already did, really sorry for disturbing but I sent some mails 2-3 days ago and have heard nothing back,

Live support is useless for me, only gives me certain options to talk and no option to convey my issues.
