Why I no longer receive " Climb the VIP ladder " bonuses ?

Hello, when I was platinum 2 I received about ten "Climb the vip ladder" bonuses of a 100$ each, now I am platinum 3 and I no longer receive anything, even though I deposit, wager and lose a lot of money!

Is it normal ?

May be it's depends on the wager you do in a week , if you do a massive wager you might get , it's not like you reaching VIP level it's about how much you wagered to reach that level within a short period of time
