I recieved it 10:15 UTC and 10:45 UTC on my birthday.

i think on bronze it was 2.5$ and on silver i never receive it because i was got bronze and silver on same day and gold was achived after 2 days so lets see what i will receive this year.however in my eyes birthday bonus is too low.
