Scammed by stake?

Won like 1k, tried to withdraw with Fiat, im level 2 verified.

they dont let me. wont give me the option to even withdraw. just keeps saying i need to enable my local currency. However, i've already been playing with my local currency. 

Basically wont let me withdraw and live chat is not doing anything about it. keeps telling me the team in charge is handling in. but no updates or anything.

Am i being scammed by stake?
